“We are large enough to accommodate the needs of members but small enough that you don’t feel lost.We have cardio, free weights, circuit machines, aerobics and two basketball gyms.”

What practical advice do you give clients who struggle to squeeze exercise in to their busy lives?
“You can find a time to come in. If you can only get in one time in a week, get in that one time.”
“You have to make fitness and well-being a priority.”
“Something is better than nothing. It’s quality over quantity. A few breaks of 10 minutes here and there will add up to 30 minutes and that is very effective.”
