What practical advice do you give clients who struggle to squeeze exercise into their busy lives?
“Find something that you
enjoy doing.That’s why we

just start small and build
up to more visits.”

with people who exercise.”
“Just get started and don’t
have expectations that are
too high. Split your workouts
into smaller sessions.
